CANDLEMAS (12:00 AM - 1:00 AM)

The Feast of the Presentation of our Lord in the Temple will be celebrated on 2 February. There will be a Mass at Crackley Hall School at 11.30am. On that day Bishop Kenney will be visiting the parish school and beforehand will celebrate the mass for the feast day at:

 12 noon at St Francis’ Church. I hope many will attend. (Fr Kevin)

DAY OF EUCHARISTIC ADORATION (All Day)
The date given to us by the Archdiocese for 2012 is Sunday, 5 February.
This will be observed this year at St Francis’s Church. Please book the date and later on sign up for a period of personal prayer on the charts in both churches.

KENILWORTH FOOD BANK (7:30 PM - 9:00 PM)
The ongoing dates for Food Bank meetings for those interested are:
24 January at 7.30pm and 7 February at 7.30pm, both at St. John’s Church.

YOUTH CLUB - YEARS 7 TO 9 (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM)
Youth club will restart on 11th Jan at 7:30 to 9pm in the parish centre. The club meets every 2nd and 4th Wed of the month. Other dates for the term are 25th Jan, 8th, 29th Feb, 14th, 28th March. Further information can be found on the notice board in the Narthex or phone I. Haigh on 07785 523124.

Confirmation (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM)
CONFIRMATION 2012
The next celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation will be on Thursday, 9 February 2012.  Classes will be held in the parish for children not attending a Catholic school, commencing in September 2011.  If you wish your child to be prepared for Confirmation please contact (Father Kevin or) V. Cutler 01926 855074 as soon as possible.

Parish Retreat Day (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
A PARISH RETREAT
This will take place on Saturday 25 February in the Parish Centre, from
10am – 4pm. Subject: “The Glory of God is Men and Women Fully Human”. 
An interactive and reflective day exploring through Mass and Scripture, prayer and music, God’s glory in Creation.  Fr Ted O’Brien MSC will give this Retreat.  Bring a packed lunch; tea/coffee provided.  Please see the CWL notice board in the Narthex for a list to add your name if you wish to attend.  Cost for the day is £3.
